I already have an analysis. Can I start tracking?
Yes, if it is compatible with longitudinal tracking. Charts require at least two available Nahibu BioBakery analyses on the same account, with completed questionnaires. Older Katara analyses and Supersmart analyses are not directly compatible. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure; the team must assess whether an older analysis can be converted.
I have never had a Nahibu analysis. Where do I start?
Start with a first kit: you will receive your individual report and establish a reference point. Comparative tracking becomes available after a second compatible analysis. The displayed price covers one kit and one analysis, not two analyses.
When should I repeat an analysis?
There is no single schedule for everyone. Timing depends on your goals and the context of your samples. You can discuss this with a healthcare professional; this page does not recommend a fixed testing frequency.
Can tracking measure the effect of my new habits?
It lets you observe differences between samples. On its own, it cannot attribute those differences to a particular food, supplement or change. Functional potential is estimated from detected genes: it does not directly measure the compounds present in your body.
Where can I find my results and tracking?
In your personal space. Register your kits to the same account and complete each questionnaire. Charts appear once at least two compatible analyses are available. Each analysis also retains its individual report.
